Prepare for Postsecondary Education and Employment

Graduates are always welcome to contact their Crispus Attucks Charter School Case Managers. Case Managers can assist graduates with college applications, scholarship searches, and access to financial aid.

Request Records

If you would like a copy of your transcript or diploma, please stop in the Crispus Attucks Charter School office between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm to fill out a request form. The request may take 5-10 business days.  Requests may also be faxed directly from your school or employer to 717-699-2453. Requests from schools and employers required signed authorization from the alumni/former student.

Request a Duplicate Copy of Your Diploma

If you need a duplicate of your original diploma, please contact Jostens at 1-800-413-3857. There is a fee to print and send a duplicate diploma.
